Description The Service Advisor assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.

Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs Book, close and sell service repair orders Daily cash management Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs Effectively communication with customers Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations Engage in daily team communication to ensure parts are ordered for repair and proper expectations are set Position Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license Experience with CDK or AS400 a plus Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams Must have good communication and customer service skills Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.
) Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must wear steel toed shoes Lifting Requirements 5-25 lbs Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Perks of working at Penske:
