We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, financial activities, and employee support functions.

$60,000 - $70,000.
Range may be adjusted based on experience.

Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with a 1 hour lunch break
Responsibilities:
Process payroll and manage weekly payroll taxes.
This involves submitting federal taxes, 401k, HSA, Child support, and monitoring employee charge accounts to ensure correct deductions each week.
Managing tax submissions such as 941, unemployment insurance tax, CAT, USE, and City of Marysville, Sales tax, state income tax, FUTA tax, and unemployment true up.
Monitor Accounts Receivable/Payable and issue monthly statements Review all car deal paperwork from the title clerk Accurately enter and process sales and manager commissions Handle the Ford Financial Statement each month Reconcile credit card processing and bank statements Review all service repair orders after posting for accuracy Keep track of all employee vacation and sick time Order and maintain a well-stocked and tidy office environment Enroll new employees in health/dental/vision insurance and coordinate plan renewals with the benefit administration team Enter new employees into training systems and keep their training status up to date Handle end-of-year tax adjustments and prepare all necessary documents End of the year tax filings such as processing end-of-year W2's and 1099's.
Complete all necessary paperwork for new vendors Ensure all car deals are being funded on time Provide assistance to other departments as needed and requested
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age 2
years proven experience in office management or an administrative role Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with accounting and financial processes Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Excel Able to deal with confidential information appropriately Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus but not required All candidates are subject to a criminal background check after a conditional offer is accepted.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
