1K a year 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Responsible for managing all strategies, policies, and processes, for the assigned store location(s); managing daily operations; and, managing sales of assigned DTC store location(s) and/or outside sales for the assigned geographic area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the daily operations of the assigned DTC store location(s), including but not limited to service, install and delivery functions; store maintenance; inventory tracking; and, health and safety.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales, service, installation paperwork.
Manage sales target goals assigned to their stores and team members to ensure goals are being met.
Performs direct-to-consumer sales duties for phone-in and walk-in customers and manages store displays.
Implement sales and marketing strategies for store and team members and resolve issues that prevent sales goals from being met.
Follow-up on DTC sales leads generated from all channels, including but not limited to stores, referrals, etc.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises supervisory and non-supervisory employee(s).
Interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Working with Human Resources on employee issues.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Abilities Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information.
Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Writes routine reports and correspondence.
Utilizes common-sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.
Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.
Frequently makes decisions of both minor and major importance, which may affect the work operations of other employees and/or clientele to a moderate degree.
Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
Uses noncomplex machines and equipment (adding machines, calculators, copy/fax machines, etc.
).
Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent One to two years of relevant experience/education in sales, customer service, or a related field (required).
Computer Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and Power Point.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
