Makes rounds to speak with and evaluate health conditions of the residents.
Communicates with residents, their families and physicians.
Requirements Completion of post-secondary education from a state-accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing.
Must possess licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
BLS required.
3-5 years of Memory Care experience preferred.

Memorial Gables To be benefits eligible, must be scheduled to work a minimum of 48 hours or more per pay.
