Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors in providing patient care and treatment - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history - Provide patient education on chiropractic treatments and exercises - Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits - Assist with therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and spinal traction - Manage Electronic Health records Software.
- Handle check out appointment scheduling and taking payments.
-Insurance verification and basic billing claim reviews.
- Various assigned responsibilities by Office Manager.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the healthcare system or in a similar front desk role is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and healthcare professionals - Excellent organizational skills to manage in-person, online and on phone interactions in a fast paced environment.
