Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink and food orders and serve members - Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Provide recommendations on drink /food selections based on your customer's preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/kitchen area - Check identification to ensure customers are active members and of legal drinking age - Handle cash and credit card transactions, operate the cash register and TAB WIZARD - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Adhere to all safety and health regulations Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory - Effective communication skills to interact with members and colleagues - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines in accordance with restaurant regulations Note:
Prior experience in the hospitality industry or bartending is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
