Performs and collects venous blood specimens and urine specimens, Urine drug screen collections, Performs breath alcohol tests, Performs audiometric testing and prepares hearing reports for providers, Respiratory fit testing, Hair testing, Saliva testing, Pulmonary function tests, Agility tests as outlined per employer protocols, Maintains an adequate inventory of necessary supplies, stocks rooms, and lab area.
Travels to various employer locations to perform testing and specimen collections.
Administrative:
Sorts reports and properly distributes to employers or other designated representatives and internal staff.
Urine drug screen and breath alcohol forms and results, Audiometric results and reports, Hair test results.
Shift 1st Hours 80 per pay (Every two weeks) #OCCHEAL1 Job Type:
