Coughlin is currently looking for an experienced Service Writer/Advisor for our Marysville Chrysler location.
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers.
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the repair process including greeting customers, setting expectations for completion of repairs, selling repairs, communicating with technicians and exceeding the customer expectations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
