CMG is a sister company to Reliant Mechanical, and provides a fresh approach to facility management, allowing our clients to focus on attention on their core business.
Base Responsibilities Customer support Managing on-going vendor database Managing customer experience Code expenses Support Facility Managers to maximize productivity Vendor/Contractor Bill and Handling/Customer Billing Responsibilities Receive subcontractors/vendors invoices Code expenses (charge code, expense type, by asset) Generate reports Invoice Process payments Execute subcontractor/vendor payments Assist pulling reporting for payroll Continuous Improvement Responsibilities Respond to all custom reporting requests Work with facility area managers to collect and summarize customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys.
Qualifications Accounting or banking experience preferred Highly organized Outstanding customer service skills and enjoy talking with clients on the phone Strong written and verbal communication skills and MS Office proficiency with a focus in Excel Experience with data-based systems a plus Ability to interact with staff in a proactive, resourceful, and efficient manner with a high level of professionalism.
