Patient Access Representative: part-time, crisis hours
Patient Access Representative Job Description Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio's largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. The Patient Access Representative will conduct clinical and administrative activities related to admissions at Maryhaven; conferring with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity. The Patient Access Representative will determine admissibility, financial responsibility and availability. The Patient Access Representative will prepare records and other required data.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
Patient Access Representative Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree or higher in behavioral science with at least 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- A Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) licensure or higher preferred.
- part-time, Thursday - Saturday, 4:
30 pm - 12 am
