## Description
Responsibilities:
Lead process of Risk Management & Insurance budgeting, accounting and collection
Assist with the management of insurance premium allocation methodologies and processes
Manage monthly premium invoices/check requests: validation, reconciliations, payments
Reconciliation of accounts payable
Monopolistic states: provide payroll and verify quarterly assessments
Interact with actuaries: provide required information for California Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, Product Liability claims reports
Interact with auditors: concerning SARBOX questions/activities
Manage and reduce letter of credits required by insurance carriers
FET documents to tax departments
Assist with company vehicle claims processing
Assist team with Powerpoint presentations
Other special projects and support duties
Experience:
5-10 years preference is within a multi-location and large corporate environment
Degree:
Bachelors in a business related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Honda budgeting and accounting systems
Knowledge of how to bring efficiencies and commonization to current processes
Knowledge of how to interact with multiple accounting and systems contacts
Knowledge of how to communicate and present processes to internal Honda associates
Required Skills:
Accounting and budget expertise
Knowledge of accounting and budgeting systems
Creative thinker who can bring efficiencies and commonization to existing processes
Comfortable communicating with multiple Honda sites and contacts
Able to interact and partner with multiple external providers
