We are currently seeking professional, driven individuals to fill Collections Specialist openings in our Marysville, OH Branch.
This position requires positive, compassionate and self-motivated call center representatives. Team members will work in an office environment processing outbound calls to collect outstanding high risk balances as well as dial service pre-notification calls.
Associates must possess strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work independently.
Job Requirements
Respond to customer concerns and questions by phone
Accurately update call results in dialing system
Document customer conversations in company databases
Act as the liaison between customers and SLS personnel to
resolve disputes and service issues
Provide general administrative support
Fosters and maintains customer relationships
Flexible and willing to provide process feedback
Complete other assignments as assigned by your supervisor/ manager
Ensure compliance with Scotts financial, regulatory, environmental, and ethical policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma (or GED)
Must Have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends included)
Call Center Experience a HUGE Plus +++

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
